We bake a range of delicious organic homemade breads six days a week at our bakery in Woore.
Using the traditional and old methods of baking, our breads look golden in colour, have grilled, roasted and sugary notes and are fresh and rich in flavour. Our breads are made from organic flours which are not reliant on chemical improvers but on natural bulk fermentation to bring out the flavour.
We also boast one of the lowest salt contents in the country! We take pride in making real, handmade, good bread.
